About Us

We're Passionate about Rolf Structural Integration and Reiki
Passion did lead us here and we’re passionate about leading you to healthier and happier place in your body and life!

Our Approach

We use our knowledge of the body and our trainings to determine the best fit and value for our clients.  Whether, it is Rolf Structural Integration, Reiki or a combination of all our services. Using this approach, we’re able to help you on a new path to health and wellness. For instance, Carolyn will use the universal energy emitting from her warm, calming, and healing hands to help you.  And Scott will use his knowledge of the body and systems to get you on a road to recovery.  With this purpose in mind, we will help clients break down boundaries and open new possibilities.  We’re here to help you.

As a husband and wife team, we are able to offer our clients a greater flexibility of using either of us to assist them.  In fact, many of our clients will often do sessions with each of us. They experience the work of two different health practitioners both dedicated to helping.  Above all, we want to help the client achieve the overall goal of better health, well-being and freedom. Relief from the pain and stresses that have been affecting you, so that you live a happier life.

Meet the team

Carolyn Biano-Burd

Carolyn uses her unique intuitiveness and warm, caring personality to help her clients find a new place in their body and life.

Always comfortable in her body, she experienced tension and restrictions from everyday stresses. Scott mentioned Rolf Structural Integration to her, she became curious of the work.  She wondered about it’s possibilities and potential for changes. She wondered how could this work help her current posture and well-being. After a couple sessions, she experienced significant affects and changes in her sense of well-being. She was immediately hooked and wanted to share this remarkable experience with the world.

Carolyn uses her spare time to read a good book(or two), practices yoga, or search for a new food place. She also enjoys walking their two lovely dogs and binge watching the latest shows with Scott on cold days.

Scott Burd

Rolf Structural Integration Practitioner

Scott will use all his own past experience with trauma and his knowledge of health and fitness to get you on a path to better health.

Scott’s first experience with Rolf Structural Integration was as a client. After a horrific mountain bike accident left him severely injured with several broken bones, he decided to try Rolf S.I. for rehabilitation. Consequently, it only took one session for Scott to feel better and realize the profound affects of this work. In fact, the change was so profound, he decided to make a career change and start his journey to helping others. He now uses his own past experiences of dealing with pain, trauma and injuries to connect with clients. In addition, his background as an ultra endurance athlete, and health enthusiast are a valuable benefit.  As a Rolf Structural Integration Practitioner, he’ll help you move past the injuries and limitations.  As well as, to educate his clients on making choices that lead to a happier, healthier, and pain free life.

In his spare time, Scott likes running through the mountains, hiking, mountain biking and just being outdoors.  He also enjoys walking their two lovely dogs, listening to music, reading. As well as, finding a great show or series to binge watch with Carolyn on a rainy or cold day.
