Rolf Structural Integration

Rolf Structural Integration

What is Rolf Structural Integration?

Rolf Structural Integration is a unique, holistic method of bodywork. It creates real and lasting change within the body by releasing fascial(connective tissue) constraints.

Rolf Structural Integration is a hands-on manual therapy. It is a combination of bodywork and movement education. Rolf Structural Integration works with the connective tissue, the tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints. It lengthens muscles and creates more flexibility, mobility and range of motion in the joints.

Rolf Structural Integration works to rebalance the body and to bring relief from chronic pain, stress, and injury.

Rolf Structural Integration slowly works through deep layers of tissue to release built-up tension. The results are often dramatic.

A good Rolf Structural Integration Therapist will also integrate movement education about your body, so you can recognize unhealthy movement patterns and learn to move with greater ease and efficiency.

You are never too young or too old to start this process, people from all walks of life benefit from Rolf Structural Integration.

After a single session, you’ll start to see changes to your body, mind and energy levels.
