Rolf Structural Integration
$160 for a 90 minute session
Rolf Structural Integration(or Rolfing™) is a unique, holistic method of bodywork. It creates real and lasting change within the body by releasing fascial(connective tissue) constraints.
Rolf Structural Integration is a hands-on manual therapy. It is a combination of bodywork and movement education. Rolf Structural Integration works with the connective tissue, the tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints. It lengthens muscles and creates more flexibility, mobility and range of motion in the joints.
Rolf Structural Integration works to rebalance the body and to bring relief from chronic pain, stress, and injury.
Rolf Structural Integration slowly works through deep layers of tissue to release built-up tension. The results are often dramatic.
A good Rolf Structural Integration Therapist will also integrate movement education about your body, so you can recognize unhealthy movement patterns and learn to move with greater ease and efficiency.
You are never too young or too old to start this process, people from all walks of life benefit from Rolf Structural Integration.
After a single session, you’ll start to see changes to your body, mind and energy levels.
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy(LDT)
$100 for a 60 minute session
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy is a form of gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body, stimulating function of the immune system, and balances the autonomic nervous system.
The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues. Some health conditions can cause lymph fluid to build up. Lymphatic Drainage Therapy can benefit people with lymphedema, fibromyalgia, and other conditions.
LDT practitioners develop the skill to perceive and respond to the body's innate ability to heal itself. The practitioner can then reroute the lymph by following the subtle indications given by the body enhancing the healing process. This eliminates mental mistakes in assuming we know what the body needs and therefore enforcing pathways that are not optimal. Honoring the intelligence of the body ensures deeper and long-lasting results.
$100 for a 60 minute session
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
Reiki is often used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being.
Mikao Usui developed reiki in the early 1900s, deriving the term from the Japanese words rei, meaning “universal,” and ki, which refers to the vital life force energy that flows through all living things. Now, reiki is used all over the world, including in hospitals and hospices, to complement other forms of health treatments.
Reiki aids in healing by helping people become energetically balanced — physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
