My approach to Expanded Consciousness Breathwork is deeply rooted in safety, presence, and attunement. Each session is held with care and intention, creating a secure space where you can fully surrender to the experience.
What to Expect in a Session:
1️⃣ Arrival & Intention Setting – We begin with a grounding conversation, discussing your intentions, physical/emotional state, and any concerns you may have.
2️⃣ Guided Breathwork Practice – You will be guided through rhythmic breathing patterns designed to activate expanded awareness. Carefully curated music and soundscapes enhance the experience.
3️⃣ Body Awareness & Release – Physical sensations, emotional releases, or energetic shifts may arise. I provide verbal encouragement and, with consent, light touch on the shoulders, arms, or feet for grounding and reassurance.
4️⃣ Integration & Reflection – After the breathing journey, we take time to process and integrate insights. Journaling, discussion, or somatic grounding techniques help anchor the experience.
5️⃣ Post-Session Support – Resources and recommendations will be provided to support continued integration in the following days.
