Rolfing in Boulder, Denver & Castle Rock – Relieve Pain, Improve Posture & Move Freely
Trusted by hundreds of clients since 2011, we help you release pain, improve posture, and feel more at home in your body through Rolfing Structural Integration.
What Is Rolfing Structural Integration?
Rolfing Structural Integration is a hands-on bodywork method designed to create lasting change in how your body moves and feels. By working with your fascia — the connective tissue network that supports your entire body — Rolfing helps you release chronic tension, restore natural alignment, and move with greater ease.
At Aligned Body Integration, we offer Rolfing in Boulder, Denver & Castle Rock to help people who are:
Dealing with chronic pain or injuries that haven’t resolved with massage or chiropractic care
Struggling with poor posture, stiffness, or limited mobility
Seeking better athletic performance or injury recovery
Holding stress or emotional tension in the body
Through slow, intentional fascia work and movement education, Rolfing supports your body’s natural ability to self-correct — helping you feel lighter, freer, and more at home in your body.

Who Can Benefit from Rolfing?
Rolfing helps people from all walks of life — from athletes to office workers to active seniors. It’s particularly effective for:
Chronic Pain & Injury Recovery
Back and neck pain, TMJ dysfunction, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, migraines, frozen shoulder, hip and knee tension, whiplash injuries, and fibromyalgia.
Posture & Mobility Issues
Scoliosis, spinal imbalances (lordosis or kyphosis), foot problems (pronation or supination), and tightness in the neck, shoulders, and back.
Athletic Performance & Recovery
Improved range of motion, faster recovery, and better movement efficiency for sports and training.
Foot & Gait Issues
Pronation, supination, and other foot alignment problems affecting posture or movement.
What to Expect in a Rolfing Session
Rolfing sessions last 60–90 minutes and are customized to your body’s unique needs. You’ll remain clothed (athletic shorts, tank top, or sports bra recommended) and be guided through gentle movement and positional work.
This isn’t a spa massage — it’s an interactive, hands-on process designed to help you build body awareness and release long-held tension. Many clients feel relief and improved alignment after a single session, while deeper structural changes typically develop over a series of sessions.
Does Rolfing Hurt?
While some moments of intensity can occur — especially when releasing deep restrictions — Rolfing should never be painful. Most clients describe it as deep stretching or unwinding. Your comfort always guides the process, and techniques are adjusted to your body’s tolerance.
