Thai Yoga Bodywork
Restore. Rebalance. Reconnect.
What Is Thai Yoga Bodywork?
Thai Yoga Bodywork is an ancient healing art that blends assisted stretching, rhythmic compression, and acupressure to unlock physical tension and restore energetic balance. Often referred to as “lazy man’s yoga,” this deeply therapeutic experience combines elements of yoga, massage, and energy healing — all performed in a gentle, flowing rhythm.
Unlike traditional table massage, Thai Yoga Bodywork is performed on a soft floor mat with the client fully clothed. Carolyn uses her hands, forearms, elbows, and body weight to guide you through passive stretches and mindful touch, allowing you to release deeply held tension and reconnect with your body’s natural flow.
