Any receipts provided are for personal record-keeping only and may not be used or represented as documentation of medical treatment, or submitted for insurance reimbursement, personal injury claims, or legal proceedings of any kind.

All sessions must be booked through our secure online system. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment time. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined during the booking process.
