Reiki Energy Healing
Relax. Reconnect. Restore.
What Is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing technique from Japan that supports relaxation, stress reduction, and the body’s natural healing processes. It works by channeling universal life force energy — known as Ki — through the practitioner’s hands into the client’s body, supporting emotional, physical, and energetic balance.
Clients often describe Reiki as a warm, glowing radiance that flows through and around them. Sessions are calming, restorative, and can leave you feeling more peaceful, grounded, and aligned.
How Reiki Works
Reiki practitioners act as a conduit for healing energy, placing their hands lightly on or just above the body in a series of positions aligned with the body’s energetic system. The energy flows where it’s needed most — the client’s body takes in only what it needs.
There is no pressure or manipulation involved, making Reiki a safe and non-invasive complement to any wellness or medical plan.

What to Expect in a Session
Reiki sessions typically last about 50 minutes. You’ll lie fully clothed on a massage table as your practitioner places their hands gently on or above your body in 12–15 positions.
Each placement is guided by the intuitive flow of energy, and you may feel sensations like warmth, tingling, pulsing, or subtle waves. Many people enter a meditative or sleep-like state during the session, and leave feeling deeply rested, lighter, and more at ease.
A Philosophy of Healing
Reiki is not a religion, and there are no beliefs required to receive its benefits. However, it’s deeply rooted in the wisdom of living in harmony — with oneself and with others.
The founder, Mikao Usui, emphasized a set of daily principles to guide practitioners and clients alike:
“Just for today...
Do not anger.
Do not worry.
Be grateful.
Work honestly.
Be kind to others.”
These guiding ideals reflect the heart of Reiki — healing the spirit through simplicity, intention, and presence.
